1. About this service
VisonDoc supports authorised DSB personnel in reviewing Halo ITSM configuration and preparing handover guides. By accessing the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use it.
2. Authorised use
- You must be at least 18 and use an account issued or approved for you.
- You must keep your credentials secure and must not share access.
- You must use the service lawfully and only for authorised business purposes.
- You must not attempt to disrupt, misuse, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the service or connected systems.
3. Halo connections and generated guides
You are responsible for ensuring that you have authority to connect each Halo tenant and process its configuration. Configuration is fetched live for review and is not retained as a review payload. Generated documents and Halo articles must be checked before being issued or published.
4. Privacy
We process personal data only as needed to operate and secure this service. Please read our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
5. Intellectual property
The service, its design, and DSB-authored content belong to DSB Tech Consultancy Ltd or its licensors. You may use generated guides for authorised client work, but may not copy or distribute the service itself without written permission.
6. Availability and liability
The service is provided on an “as is” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. To the extent permitted by law, DSB Tech Consultancy Ltd is not responsible for losses caused by unauthorised use, third-party services, inaccurate source configuration, or guides issued without review. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
7. Third-party services
The service connects to Halo ITSM and may use hosting, authentication, and artificial-intelligence service providers. Their availability and processing are governed by their own terms and policies.
8. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or remove access where these terms are breached, security is at risk, or access is no longer required.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over disputes, subject to any mandatory legal rights.
